10 Questions with Evie Stover:
1. What inspired you to get into real estate, and how long have you been in real estate?
Real estate runs in my blood—my mom was a Realtor and my grandmother was a home builder. I feel like I’ve been immersed in it my whole life! I’ve now had my license for four years and love what I do.
2. Where is your hometown, and what do you love most about where you live now?
I’m proud to be from one of the best small towns in America—Pella, Iowa! It’s the home of Pella Windows and rich Dutch heritage. Tulsa is home now—and it’s truly a hidden gem. With all four seasons, natural beauty, and a vibrant community, it offers so much while still maintaining that charming small-city feel.
3. Tell us about your family—who’s your biggest cheerleader?
I come from an awesome, close-knit family. I have two older brothers, and my parents have been happily married for 48 years! My husband, parents, and family are without a doubt my biggest supporters. They’ve always believed in me, encouraged me, and pushed me to become the best version of myself.
4. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I bought my first flip house at 21 and used the profits to pay my way through college.
5. What does “luxury” mean to you—and how do you deliver that experience?
Luxury is all about the feeling. It’s not just about high-end finishes or price tags—it’s about comfort, thoughtfulness, and those extra touches that make something feel truly special. It’s walking into a space that instantly puts you at ease and feeling taken care of before you even have to ask. To me, luxury is how a space makes you feel the moment you enter it.
6. Describe your perfect Sunday (no open houses allowed).
My perfect Sunday starts with sleeping in, followed by church, no cooking required, a little tennis, football on in the background, and family all around. It’s the perfect mix of rest, fun, and quality time.
7. Do you have a favorite local restaurant, coffee spot, or hangout?
Yes! The Hemingway is one of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa. Incredible food and an even better atmosphere.
8. What hobbies or passions do you enjoy outside of real estate?
I love playing tennis, have a passion for interior design, and I’m very involved at my kids’ school.
9. If you could have dinner with any two people—alive or from history—who would they be and why?
Great question! I’d choose Keith Urban and Peyton Manning—because why not mix country charm with quarterback greatness? I admire Keith for his talent, passion, and ability to connect through music. Peyton is the ultimate leader—sharp, driven, and completely genuine. I know I’d leave with inspiration and the best dinner story ever.
10. How has joining The Agency elevated your business or mindset?
Joining The Agency has elevated both my business and my mindset. I’ve been so inspired by the energy and heart of the people here. It’s rare to find a team where everyone shows up for each other, genuinely supports one another, and celebrates each other’s wins. Being part of that environment has inspired me in more ways than I can count.
