I have represented the three highest recorded residential sales in the state of Oklahoma in the past year alone. I have closed more than 1,000 luxury transactions across this state — and I can tell you without hesitation that after three decades in this business, I am more passionate about Oklahoma real estate today than I have ever been.

And that passion now has a brand new home.

Thirty-One Years in the Making

Before I tell you everything that is coming on this podcast, I want to tell you a little bit about the journey that brought me here — because context matters, and because the stories and insights I am bringing to this platform were not built overnight.

I got into real estate in Oklahoma in the mid-1990s. The market looked nothing like it does today. Luxury real estate in Edmond and Oklahoma City was a fraction of its current scale. The tools were different, the buyers were different, the inventory was different — and nobody was talking about Oklahoma as a destination market for high-net-worth buyers relocating from the coasts. I was young, I was hungry, and I believed with every fiber of my professional being that Oklahoma luxury real estate was going to become something remarkable.

Thirty-one years later, I know I was right.

I built my career the way I believe every lasting career in this business is built — one relationship at a time, one transaction at a time, one client at a time. I never chased volume at the expense of service. I never sacrificed the quality of my counsel to close a deal faster. I invested in understanding every neighborhood, every builder, every architectural trend, and every market force that was shaping the Oklahoma luxury landscape — year after year, cycle after cycle, through boom and correction and everything in between.

Along the way, some extraordinary things happened. I became the only Elite Guild Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in the entire state of Oklahoma — the most prestigious designation available in luxury residential real estate, earned by a career-long pattern of performance at the highest level, not a single good year. I have been recognized as one of the top luxury Realtors in Oklahoma for over 17 consecutive years. And in the past 12 months, I represented the buyers or sellers in the three highest recorded residential real estate transactions in the state of Oklahoma.

None of that happened by accident. It happened because of 31 years of showing up, doing the work, and caring deeply about every single client I have ever had the privilege of representing.

And now, after all of that — after all of those transactions, all of those relationships, all of those conversations with builders and designers and buyers and sellers and community leaders across this state — I finally have a platform where I can share all of it with you directly.
