We’re selective—and unapologetically so.

Yes, the interview process is long. Yes, it’s thorough. And yes, it’s on purpose. Because we’re not just looking for agents who can close a deal—we’re looking for professionals who reflect the values, integrity, and excellence that this brand stands for.

We’re Not the Right Fit for Everyone—And That’s a Good Thing

Here’s the truth: not every agent is built for this.

We’re looking for:

  • Full-time, full-effort professionals—not hobbyists

  • Agents doing $5M+ a year (or on a proven path to get there)

  • People who care about presentation as much as production

  • Team players who believe in collaboration over competition

  • Agents who invest in their business and bring value to their clients beyond the MLS

And to be totally transparent—we’ve had some very successful, high-producing Realtors reach out wanting to join us. On paper, they looked like rockstars. But here’s the deal: I had already worked with some of them on multiple transactions. And I knew the truth.

They were either difficult to deal with, unethical, or had massive egos.

The ego thing always cracks me up. Look—we’re just out here selling houses. We’re not performing brain surgery, protecting the streets, or fighting wildfires (well… okay, I do put out real estate fires almost every week). But still—this industry needs fewer egos and more integrity.

So regardless of production or awards, we only take on agents who align with our core values:

Years ago, I was asked a question while giving a talk on luxury real estate.
Someone stood up and asked, “What’s the one thing you credit most for your success?”

I smiled and said, “You may not like my answer or expect it—but you asked, so I’ll tell you. It’s one word: tithing.”

I heard a gasp in the room.
But hey—seed planted.

We don’t hide from the truth that God has blessed this business, and we look for others who share similar values of faith, gratitude, humility, and service.

Scripture reminds us of the importance of unity and collaboration:

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” – Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
