The home inspector?
Gets paid whether the house closes or not.
The appraiser?
Gets paid for the report — regardless of whether the value comes in high, low, or sideways.
The photographer?
Paid upfront.
The stager?
Paid.
The contractor?
Paid.
The moving company?
Paid.
The Realtor?
Only gets paid if the deal actually closes.
That means we can invest months into a transaction. Hundreds of hours. Thousands of dollars in marketing, staging advice, professional photography, videography, advertising, print campaigns, social media, travel, fuel, and time.
We negotiate late into the night.
We solve inspection surprises.
We manage appraisal issues.
We navigate financing hiccups.
We calm nerves.
We keep deals together that absolutely want to fall apart.
And if it blows up the day before closing?
We get paid exactly $0.
That’s not a job.

And despite what some people think — we don’t “just open doors.”
If opening doors paid that well, every doorman in Manhattan would own a yacht.

And we do it knowing there’s no paycheck unless we deliver results.
