10 Questions with Natalee Hitchcock:
1. What inspired you to get into real estate, and how long have you been in real estate?
I always had real estate in the back of my mind, but it was my husband and a dear friend who gave me the final push to go for it—and I’m so glad they did! I’ve now been in real estate for five years and absolutely love what I do.
2. Where is your hometown, and what do you love most about where you live now?
I’m from Edmond, Oklahoma—and it’s still where I call home. There’s something special about living and working in a community that means so much to you.
3. Tell us about your family—who’s your biggest cheerleader?
My husband, Justin, has been my biggest cheerleader since our high school days. We have four amazing kids who are truly everything to us. My family is my “why” in real estate—and in life.
4. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? (A hidden talent, fun fact, or past career?)
I was a cheerleader in both high school and college, and I’m still passionate about it! I currently coach varsity cheer at a local high school—it’s something I’ll always love.
5. What does “luxury” mean to you—and how do you deliver that experience?
To me, luxury is about making every client feel seen, valued, and special—no matter their price point. My mission is to ensure every client receives the absolute best service and experience.
6. Describe your perfect Sunday (no open houses allowed).
My ideal Sunday starts with an early morning walk, followed by church, lunch, and then a round of golf with my husband and our kids. That’s a perfect day in my book!
7. Do you have a favorite local restaurant, coffee spot, or hangout?
Faith Bible Church is where we spend a lot of our time as a family. When it comes to local spots, we love Neighborhood JAM and Evoke!
8. What hobbies or passions do you enjoy outside of real estate?
Spending time with my husband and kids is truly my favorite thing. No matter what we’re doing, if we’re together, my heart is full.
9. If you could have dinner with any 2 people—alive or from history—who would they be and why?
There are so many people from the Bible I’d love to sit down with and hear firsthand about their faith journeys. And honestly, a quiet dinner with my husband sounds pretty amazing—when you have four young kids, that’s a dinner worth dreaming about!
10. How has joining The Agency elevated your business or mindset?
Joining The Agency has been such a blessing. Being part of a team that aligns in faith and values, and being surrounded by like-minded professionals, has been truly inspiring. I’m so grateful for this opportunity!
