The Agency Global Forum - ✈️ The Agency Global Forum 2025: Sky-High Style in the Desert 🌴
This year, we didn’t just host a conference—we took flight. The Agency Global Forum 2025 landed in the sun-soaked paradise of Palm Desert, California, where we welcomed hundreds of our powerhouse agents, leaders, and collaborators from around the world. With an aviation-inspired theme—“To New Heights”—this wasn’t just business as usual. It was a three-day celebration of bold ideas, vibrant connection, and, naturally, a whole lot of style.
We’re now soaring in 13 countries and 130 offices (with more on the runway). So, buckle up as we relive the magic of our dreamy desert escape.
🛬 Arrival With Altitude
Check-in at the JW Marriott was anything but ordinary. Guests received sleek Agency-branded passports and luggage tags, setting the tone for an immersive travel-themed adventure. And what’s a welcome without a drink? Mamita’s cocktails, served from vintage airline beverage carts by flight-attendant-clad servers, brought the fun from the start.
Golf lovers hit the links at the 3rd Annual Agency Golf Classic, presented by Amalfi, while others cooled off and connected at the Interluxe Pool Party—a sun-drenched mix of good vibes, networking, and cocktails.
As the sun set, we kicked things into festival mode. The Forum Festival was our desert nod to Coachella, featuring DJ Tess, aura photography by SoulGlow, and permanent jewelry by Sis Kiss. Desert glam, redefined.

Day Two kicked off with caffeine and connection at the Forum Fueling Station (shoutout to Aclara for keeping us caffeinated!). Then it was straight into the action with the “State of The Agency” address by CEO Mauricio Umansky and President Rainy Hake Austin.
From there, our audience was treated to a powerhouse lineup of speakers and sessions:

After a lunch (thanks, SignMore!), we kept the momentum going with panels on global expansion, negotiation tactics, lead generation, and building referral empires—moderated by Founder & Vice Chairman Billy Rose.
That evening? A lively Happy Hour (courtesy of United Wholesale Mortgage), followed by the exclusive Chairman’s Black-Tie Event honoring our elite performers in classic Agency style.
💡 Mindfulness, Marketing & Jay Shetty Magic
The final day began with a peaceful Pilates session hosted by DaLette Anderson—the perfect prelude to an inspirational keynote from Pastor Robert Madu, who lit the room up with his talk, “The Elevation Effect.”
Then came a true highlight: a transformational keynote by Jay Shetty, bestselling author and podcast host of On Purpose. His message of mindfulness, purpose, and business brilliance had the entire room buzzing.

All good things must take off. But before wheels up, we partied one last time at our closing celebration, “Departing the Desert.” With beats by DJ Chantel Jeffries, the dance floor stayed hot well into the night—proving once again that nobody celebrates like The Agency.
